With the help of this app/application, as an employee you will
- Always have an up-to-date work schedule at hand ( done with the paper schedule printed monthly )
- Always have an up-to-date overview of your leave counter and leave requests
- In a very approachable way
- Report an accident at work
- Report an injury case
- To be able to read news from the organisation
- …
- Always read all information in your native language and respond in your preferred language
- Up to 14 languages for the application to set
- Up to 70 languages that can be set for translation with the office
For example: the employee chooses Romanian as the default language. He or she reads everything in Romanian and types everything in Romanian. The recipient, in this case the office, receives the information in Dutch. In this way, we reduce the language barrier between the office and employees.
Important:
- From 3 February 2025 the application will be available for download. You will receive an email in advance from DCO Beerse vzw with more instructions on how to do this. This in the week of 27 January 2025.
- Mails –mails from Alundi DC are to be trusted and not SPAM or junk mail.
There is no obligation for our employees to download the application, however given the many benefits it brings to employees, we strongly recommend it!
In a 2nd phase from April/May 2025, this application will also be offered to customers.
