Office hours during the Christmas holidays 2025-2026

Our office is closed on the following days:

• Thursday 25 December 2025 (Christmas Day)
• Friday 26 December 2025 (Boxing Day)
• Thursday 1 January 2026(New Year's Day)

• Wednesday 24 December 2025 from the afternoon
• Wednesday 31 December 2025 the full day

Please note: modified opening hours on Tuesdays during the Christmas holidays:
On Tuesdays 23 and 30 December 2025, the office will be open until 16:00 instead of 18:00

On 24 and 31 December, we remain telephone available at all times for urgent emergencies via:

This standing line is for emergency situations only, such as:

• A staff member is standing in front of a closed door at a customer
• Employee is a victim of sexual harassment, verbal aggression or other forms of violence
• Employee is (wrongly) accused of theft

For non-urgent matters, please kindly wait until normal business hours resume.

From Monday 5 January 2026, we will again be available to you during regular business hours.
