Spring is coming and Easter is just around the corner! We wish you a Happy Easter in advance. After the long winter months, it is wonderful to see the days getting longer, the sun coming out more and nature coming alive.

At DCO Beerse vzw, we have two permanent job coaches: Kristine and Corina. They are there especially for you — as household help, as a colleague on the shop floor.
We sometimes find that a visit from a job coach can cause tension. We understand this, but we would like to dispel this feeling: a visit from your job coach is not a check-up and certainly not a sign that something is wrong.
The aim of a visit is always to make your work situation more pleasant and clear. Do you have something on your mind? Something that could be better with a client? Let your job coach &mdash know; they are just there for those conversations.

Safe working is an absolute priority for us — and that starts with the right protective equipment.
Always wear your work shoes during your assignments with customers.
These protect you from slips, falls and injuries to the feet. Wearing the right shoes is not only mandatory, it is also your own safety.
Always use your gloves when cleaning and in contact with cleaning products.
They protect your skin from chemicals, bacteria and cuts.
Always take your first aid kit with you to the customer.
In case of a minor accident — a cut, a burn — you can act immediately without having to search or wait.
