☀️ Have a lovely summer holiday!

Dear colleague,

We would like to wish you all a wonderful and relaxing summer holiday. Do take the time to enjoy some well-deserved rest with family and friends.

Below you will find the office’s closing dates for the summer period. For urgent matters, you can always contact us via the usual channels.

📅 Office closing days – summer 2026

During the summer holidays, we will be available to you as usual. We will maintain our usual opening hours, including in July and August 2026:

The office will be closed during the summer months on:

Monday 20 July 2026 – the emergency telephone service will continue to operate
Tuesday 21 July 2026
Monday 17 August 2026

On all other days in July and August, we are open as usual during our normal opening hours.

👟 New procedure: modified work shoes

The following new procedure has been drawn up for employees who, for medical reasons, require adapted work shoes.

You must submit your application to the office.
The office will then arrange an appointment with our occupational health doctor.
The occupational health doctor will discuss the situation with you during a consultation.
As an employer, we follow the advice of the occupational health doctor — not that of the specialist or GP.

⚠️ Important to know

Only the occupational health doctor’s advice is decisive for the provision of suitable work shoes. A certificate from your GP or specialist is not sufficient.

📋 New arrangements: contract increases and reductions

Would you like to discuss a change to your contract — an increase or reduction in your hours? From now on, this can only be done at the office during a face-to-face meeting.

We want to make sure we take the time for this. After all, a contract amendment has consequences for both you and the organisation, and deserves the necessary attention.

📌 How does this work in practice?

You book an appointment at the office for a face-to-face meeting.

Contract amendments can be discussed a maximum of once a month.

We ask everyone to respect this so that we can process every application thoroughly and correctly. Thank you for your understanding.

Staff event – 26 August 2026

Make a note of the date in your diaries: on Wednesday 26 August 2026, we’ll be hosting our annual staff event.

This is the perfect opportunity to catch up outside of work, relax and enjoy a lovely afternoon or evening with your colleagues.
