Before you start a new task, you perform an LMRA - a Last Minute Risk Analysis. This is a short, personal safety check where you take a moment to think about what you are going to do and what risks are possible.
As a domestic worker, you work in a different environment every day: stairs, wet floors, heavy boxes, chemical cleaners... Every home is different, and so is every risk.
One minute of thought can make a big difference —for yourself én for the customer. Working safely is not an obligation, it is a choice you make every day. 💪

In 2026 we will organise ééonce a quarter a sitting moment at the office where you can directly engage with your union representatives within our company.
As a company, we attach great importance to a good social dialogue between employer, employees and unions. With these quarterly sitting sessions, we want to make it easier for everyone to find their way to the union for all your questions, concerns or suggestions.
