Please note:15 May is a regular working day.
The office will be open and accessible on Friday, 15 May.
Your assignments will go ahead as scheduled on that day.
As a domestic helper, you often work alone in clients' homes. In an emergency situation — a fall, fire, medical incident — every second can count. The Belgian government's officialële 112 app helps you én the emergency services to respond faster.

Summer holidays, July & August, are coming sooner than you think! In order to make a smooth and correct planning for the summer months, we ask you to communicate your holidays in time.
Give notice of your holiday period byóór May 31, 2026.
This will allow the office to make the summer planning — for you én your clients in time.
How to pass on? Contact your regular contact at the office by Alundi or vakantie@dcobeerse.be. Clearly state the start and end date of your holiday.
Important:Applications for parental leave, time credit,… which fall in the summer period should also be delivered to the office on time via HR@dcobeerse.be.
Safe working is an absolute priority for us. And that starts with the right protective equipment. Your employer provides work shoes - wear them every day on every assignment.
- Wearing work shoes is not only an obligation — it is also your own safety.
- If you do not wear work shoes and you have an accident at work, insurance will not intervene!
- So never forget them at home!
A good work schedule is the basis of a smooth operation - for you, for your clients én for the office. Therefore, we expressly ask you to strictly respect the agreements around the work schedule.
Important: changes that are not approved by the office are illegal.
If in doubt: call the office first. We will be happy to help you find a correct solution.
