• Some important agreements that must be followed by the employee himself:
  • Cheques are dialled in by the employee
  • Cheques are called in on the same day as they were made
  • On weekends, Saturday and Sunday, cheques are not dialled in
• If you experience any problems installing the Job Tracker application, please contact the office!

This autumn, November – December 2024, a 4 training sessions will be organised at the Beerse office, each time from 1pm to 4pm.

This autumn's topics will focus on psychosocial well-being and communication with clients.

Registration can be done via info@dcobeerse.be.
Lots per course are limited. Timely registration is recommended.
Clearly mention when registering: name and choice(s) of course.

Enrolment is possible until Friday 15 November 2024.

Two weeks before the course you will receive a letter with the final confirmation of your  enrolment.

Once enrolled, it is important that you effectively attend the training.

Good agreements make good friends. Our Labour Rules outline the rules to be followed to achieve good cooperation between employee and office.

Daily we see in the office that certain agreements are not kept. As a follow-up to these findings, employees receive an invitation to a meeting at the office with the director.

It is important to call the office to make an appointment with the director yourself after receiving this letter.  

The purpose of these appointments is:

• To go over agreements from the Labour Code
• To improve cooperation between office and employee / employee and client
• To know the employee's story in case of a dispute with client(s )
• ……………………….

The work schedules are printed out on a monthly basis. These are collected from the office by the employees themselves.

importantly, the completed work schedules are handed back per month!

Do not detach the schedules and  do not deliver them separately to the reception desk.

The end of 2024 is fast approaching. Many employees occasionally perform additional hours.
Importantly, the balance of accumulated additional hours may not exceed the number of contract hours on a weekly basis.

You can carry over to next year a maximum number of overtime hours equal to the number of contract hours on a weekly basis.

The current balance of additional hours can be found at the back of your payslip.
