Overview newsletter
Since recently, you may have noticed that in the job tracker 2.0 application there are achievements to be confirmed.
This is a very important new feature in job tracker 2.0 with major implications for the office and our employees.
Here is the roadmap:
Important : Each employee has to enter the performance in Job Tracker 2.0 after each cleaning session at the customer's premises themselves and if this is not done then the above step-by-step plan will be followed!
If you exceptionally start or stop earlier, you must let the office know in advance. This can be done by mail or by phone.
This is necessary from 15 minutes deviation from the start/end time.
The change will be noted in the deviation register by the reception staff.
No later than 2 weeks after the deviation date, you must come and sign the register at the office.
Why: It is important for us as employers to know that you start or stop earlier. This is mainly important for insurance purposes so that in case of an accident, no problem arises.
As an employee of DCO Beerse vzw, you have access to professional support whenever you need it. Whether you are dealing with a difficult situation at home, concerns about family, financial questions when buying a house, for example, or challenges in your work - you can call a free helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: 0800 100 59 .
You will be helped immediately by a psychologist who listens to your needs.
You will be immediately helped by a psychologist who will listen to you, support you and offer advice. Sometimes ééone conversation is enough. Do you need another conversation the following week? Then you can certainly call again, even though you may be helped by a different psychologist.
This service is completely confidential and does not cost you anything - it is part of the care we want to take for you as an employer.
We cordially invite you to our training sessions in autumn 2025. These training sessions are designed to strengthen your skills and make your work even better and safer.
The training sessions are paid hours: DCO Beerse vzw believes that attending training sessions is important for the personal development of our employees.
