💐 Job coach Lea

Our colleague and job coach Lea Lumen will be going into well-deserved retirement from 1 October 2025.

We would like to thank Lea for her years of commitment. She started out as a domestic help at PWA Beerse vzw and later made the switch to job coach within DCO Beerse vzw.

Since 4 August 2025, Corina has started working as a job coach within DCO Beerse vzw. In this way, she can walk along with Lea for a few more weeks so that Lea can pass on her knowledge and experience.

In the newsletter below you can read a word of thanks from Lea addressed to you as well as a brief introduction to our new job coach Corina.

Dear fellow’s domestic workers,

Soon the time will come and on October 1 a well known face will retire for you. I am saying goodbye to a beautiful period in my life that I will never forget! I would like to sincerely thank you for the many years of working together, of consulting and mentoring, the many disengagements, seeing the good in julie and acknowledging it!

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

A final piece of wise advice: Stay positive, believe in your work, live healthy, greet and smile a lot, that way you will stand and grow strong all your life!

🙌 Introducing new job coach Corina Olariu

My name is Corina Olariu and I live in Rijkevorsel, together with my husband and our son, of whom I am proud and grateful.In my spare time I enjoy swimming and cycling with my family.

After a long period as a domestic help at DCO Beerse, I am now making the move to job coach.

With my experience, I want to support colleagues’s and contribute to the quality and reliability that DCO Beerse stands for.
