Important notice on adjustments in hours or frequency
We would like to stress that a reduction in frequency or hours does not mean that the same work can be done in less time. Our domestic workers work to established standards and quality requirements that take time.
It is important not to put additional pressure on our domestic workers to perform the same tasks in less time. In the event of a reduction in hours, you should discuss with your household help which tasks are prioritised and which, if any, can be dropped.
We count on your understanding and cooperation to maintain a healthy and respectful working environment for our staff.
