Newsflash! Through this way, we would like to briefly update all employees on changes and new rules.

RVA has tightened the rules around career break this year.
We as employers need more information before an application can be submitted to RVA.
From now on (20/10/2023) anyone wishing to apply for career breaks (parental leave, time credit,…), will first and foremost be asked to submit the application ‘in writing’ to the employer.
We suggest the following document for this purpose.

In addition, you should also attach the certificate from Break@work, to show that there is still entitlement to career break.
When we receive both documents, we can review your application & prepare the application on the employers' side at the RVA.
