The work as a domestic worker is hard work both physically and mentally.
It is important that while you are working you are sufficiently ergonomic to avoid short- and long-term physical complaints.
We want all our employees to feel good about themselves and be able to do the work without physical complaints.
Here are some points of interest:
Cleaning with products with hazardous properties
Always consult the label and instructions for use to know the correct dosage of cleaning products. Check for hazard symbols and then protect your body.
Prevent falling, slipping and tripping hazards
Prevent overloading joints and muscles
An ergonomic way to vacuum
As the weather quietly starts to get better, the sills of front – and rear doors will also be polished.
Make sure to remove all dirt (dust, leaves,…) with a dustpan and brush before polishing the sills.
Cleaning sills should always be done with floor soap and/or washing-up liquid. Never use javel or vinegar for this!
