Since 2023, all deviations from the standard work schedule must be reported to the office and noted in the deviation register. The employee must come to the office to sign the register no later than 14 days after the (deviated) performance was done! It is very important both for the employee and the employer that this procedure of timely signing is correctly followed! In case of colleagues’s not coming to sign in time, a deviation from the work schedule will not be approved until it is correctly signed in the deviation register.

Since 1 January 2025, electronic service vouchers will only be redeemed through the Job Tracker 2.0 application and can no longer be redeemed over the phone.

Some important agreements:

• The dial-in of these E-cheques is the responsibility of the domestic worker. Cheques will be dialled in after each performance on the day itself!
• Job Tracker serves only for cheque processing and our own application Alundi DC serves for communication and scheduling!
• Like any application, you need to update it regularly so that it keeps working. It is important to get the update in order on time as an employee!
• The Pluxee company has passed on the following communication:
• A mandatory update of Job Tracker 2.0 will be done by the end of February 2025.
• 3% of current Job Trackers 2.0 users are working with an outdated version of Android (Android 9 and earlier) and it is no longer supported by Google.
• Devices running on Android 9 and earlier can no longer use the Job Tracker 2.0 app.

All our employees work with a fixed work schedule, or fixed hours.
Adjustments to the work schedule that are structural must be followed up administratively.
The agreement within our company is that such an adjustment (or change) can happen a maximum of once a month.

After many years of service, our job coach and colleague Lea Lumen will be retiring later this autumn.
We will be looking for a new job coach to join our team.
By actively looking for a new colleague now, this allows us to allow Lea to spend the last few months within DCO Beerse vzw sharing her knowledge and expertise extensively with her successor/successor.

• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English. Proficiency in a 3rd and/or 4th language is a plus.
• You have mastered various coaching methodologies and interview techniques
• You know the ins and outs of efficient cleaning techniques and products
• You have notion of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook,...).

We are looking for an accurate and proactive Administrative Assistant Finance Officer with specialisation in accounts receivable management. In this position, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and play a crucial role in optimising the cash flow of our organisation.

• Manage accounts receivable
• Processing and checking incoming payments
• Prepare and send invoices and payment reminders
• Implementing collection procedures in case of overdue payments
• Maintaining contact with customers on outstanding invoices
• Prepare monthly reports on debtor status to management
