Recording leave 2025
Concerning: Intake of statutory leave 2025
We would like to remind you that the legal leave of 2025 must be taken no later than 31 December 2025
.
It is not permitted to carry over statutory leave into 2026. Holiday days not taken beforeóór 1 January 2026 will expire automatically.
We would like to ask you to ensure that you are able to carry forward statutory leave to 2026.
We therefore ask you to schedule your remaining leave days as soon as possible and let the office and your clients.

Task and workability: let us know!
Due to the recent increase in the price of service vouchers and client contributions, some clients are choosing to reduce their weekly hours. This is understandable and entirely their own choice.
What do we notice, however?
Some clients expect you to perform the same range of tasks as before, but in less time. This is obviously not feasible and not fair to you.
What do we ask of you?
Do you notice that your task package has become too big for the time available? Or do you feel that the work is no longer realistic to carry out in the hours you have? Then let the office know immediately.
Your well-being and a workable work situation are paramount. When you contact the office, our job coaches can enter into discussions with the client to adjust the task package to reality.
Note: You do your utmost every day and we are grateful for that. A feasible task package is essential to continue delivering quality. So don't hesitate to report it if something is not workable.
