Since recently, the process of cheque validation has changed. It is important that you, the customer, confirm the cheques yourself and do so as soon as possible after the services have been delivered by your household help.We ask you, the customer, to validate this within the week after the services have been delivered. 

Because of the combination of a price increase of the service voucher and charging a customer contribution, we note that a number of customers are reducing their weekly hours of domestic help. This is an individual choice as a customer and we fully understand this as a company. However, we note that some clients expect their household help to continue performing the same range of tasks and in fewer hours. The latter is not and cannot be the intention.

Our staff do their utmost every day to help clients move forward. The task package must be achievable and workable for our employees. If, as a client, you purchase fewer hours of domestic help, it is logical that the task package is adjusted to this reality. 

Our colleague and job coach Lea Lumen will be on well-deserved retirement from 1 October 2025.

We would like to thank Lea for her years of commitment. She started out as a domestic help at PWA Beerse vzw and later made the switch to job coach within DCO Beerse vzw.

My name is Corina Olariu and I live in Rijkevorsel,together with my husband and our son. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming and cycling with my family.

After a long period as a household help at DCO Beerse, I am now making the move to job coach.

With my experience, I want to support colleagues’s and contribute to the quality and reliability that DCO Beerse vzw stands for.

Customers currently still using paper service cheques should switch to electronic service cheques as paper service cheques are usable until 31 May 2026 at the latest.

If you are a customer making the switch from paper to electronic cheques, you should also inform our office. This can be done by phone: 014 61 56 69 , info@dcobeerse.be or through the Alundi app.
