Update Annex 3: Employment contract - Pyschosocial risks at work

Within DCO Beerse vzw, we work on a comprehensive welfare and prevention policy on a daily basis.



Recently, the legislation on psychosocial well-being has been extended, giving the employee better protection if the employee becomes a victim of "violence at work".



These are as follows:Violence at work is any act in which an employee or any other person subject to the special provisions on violence, harassment and unwanted sexual behaviour is threatened or physically assaulted in the performance of work.



We obviously hope that our employees do not become victims of violence at work. However, it is important that if you encounter such issues you inform the office immediately.
