From 7 August Fiberklaar will start working in the centre of Beerse. Our office will be not reachable by car for about two weeks.
The Gasthuisstraat, Vredestraat and Vrijwilligersstraat will be closed to all through traffic and truck traffic.
A diversion will be announced to all major approaches.
Please take this into account and possibly come on foot or by bike or plan your visit before or after the works.
We, as a company, want to conduct a poll around ‘mental wellbeing’. Be sure to take part in our poll ‘feel in your skin!’.
Every employee will be invited (via e-mail) between from 18/09/2023 to 29/10/2023 to participate anonymously in this poll. So be sure to take the time to complete this anonymous questionnaire.
For those who do not have a computer, we also provide 2 laptops at the office. Be sure to stop by and take part!

There is nothing better than when you feel good in your skin and in your job!
During the holiday period, you may have to do slightly more substitutions than usual.
Make sure to inform us in good time when you can go to one of your own clients, because when you get a replacement address through from our consultant, it is fixed and needs to be carried out!
Check your mobile phone regularly, if you have not yet received an address, please check with the office, as something may have gone wrong with the notification.
Try to persuade your clients to pass everything timely to all parties. Timely notification also gives you a chance to check everything out (do you prefer a replacement address or take a day off yourself).
Please note: this is only possible if you have enough holiday or additional hours left and have not yet received another replacement address)!
In the autumn, several training courses will be organised again. Those who have registered for these will be able to expect an invitation.
We have put together the following programme for you this year: workable work, first aid, assertiveness, ergonomics, stress and burnout, learn Dutch, dealing with the elderly and dementia, products combined with materials.
We are obviously counting on your attendance!

I started working as a cleaning assistant in 2009, a few months later I got the chance to start working as a client counsellor.
Since 2022, I have been coaching/mentoring.
With my more than 25 years of experience in the workplace, I find it pleasant that I can assist our domestic workers with the necessary tips & tricks.
I have been married for 32 years and now have 2 grown-up sons.

Household helpers with a high balance of additional hours are going to have to schedule them systematically (you still have time until the end of the year). Next year, you will only be allowed to have additional hours that do not exceed your contract hours per week.
If you have been ill then no no additional hours will also be allowed in that month in which you fell ill.
The law transposing the European whistleblowers directive into Belgian legislation for privécompanies came into force this year. For DCO Beerse vzw, like many other organisations, this brings with it a number of new obligations.
Eéone of these obligations is the establishment of an internal reporting channel where breaches of certain legislation can be detected and or dealt with at an early stage, while providing effective protection for whistleblowers (= those making the report).
The whistleblower can be a (former) employee, volunteer, job applicant, director,…. Most importantly, the whistleblower can report anonymously if he/she wishes.

Your customers may also all be starting to gradually switch to electronic cheques. By 2025, every customer will have to be switched.
Keep reminding your customers that when they switch, they should also inform the office. We note that not every client notifies us when they switch!
